Vic and Lyn Mitchell started building homes in 1983. The customers want and needs come first and listening and understanding your thoughts is very important to us. Vic has over 30 years in Real Estate experience in selling, managing, and training new agents for successful careers all while, never losing sight of the importance of the customer. Vic has graduated from Graduate Real Estate Institute (GRI), Certified Real Estate Specialist (CRS), Certified Real Estate Broker (CRB), and a Graduate Master Builder. All of these designations and Home Building classes came together to establish customer relations and customer service and now that custom home building is his full time career he has been listening to what people want in their new home over half his life. When you hire Master Crafted Homes or Mitchell’s Custom Homes, you work with Vic from start to finish. His hand on approach, daily on the job, focusing on delivering your home as promised, on time with quality promised.

This is the high standards of honesty, integrity, and pride in every step of the process. Your new home will be built within an agreed budget and as if we were to live in it ourselves. We use the best sub-contractors and materials available. We want your experience to be pleasant, enjoyable, so much so, that you will want to tell others! We have our final walk thru with you to ensure you’re satisfied and get the list completed before you move in. We want your home to meet or exceed your expectations!

We give a 13 page service warranty booklet spending time at the walk thru prior to closing, to answer all your questions and explaining the products. Then we get your punch list completed before closing if we miss something we give a 30 day form to make sure you are completely satisfied within 1 year. We have another list to secure that your home should there be anything that needs to be covered by your warrant. All this time Vic is with you and available by phone if need be to build your home on the foundation of respect for you the customer.
